Email Broadcasting is an easy, fast, cost effective and extremely efficient way of contacting customers and prospects alike with news, sales and marketing information.
The Redsoda E-Marketing solution is specifically designed to provide customers with a route to promote themselves to UK
businesses. The solution allows you to create and execute small or large scale campaigns that will mean very little work for you, but have the potential for a high volume response.
Using a well designed document, be it in the form of a newsletter or a sales notice, we will combine this with your customer database, or your brand new list of prospects, and broadcast this on your behalf.
Any responses to your email will come directly to you, with bounces and un-subscribes being handled by Redsoda to save you more time.
After discussing the type of content and approach with you, W Redsoda designers can create an eye-catching message that will provide prospects with information about your company, directing them to your website and encouraging them to use your services.
Typically each broadcast will generate around 20% of low level interest and around 1% of high level interest. Therefore, if sending out around 5,000 emails, 1,000 are likely to read the message you have sent to them and show a level of interest, and around 10
will show a high level of interest, by either contacting you directly for more information or having specific questions or requirements when you contact them during your follow up. These figures obviously vary from campaign to campaign, with one customer broadcast resulting in 16% of recipients registering with the company.

By creating a profile of your current customers, Redsoda is able to source further databases of businesses that fall within this profile. These prospects are therefore more likely to have a requirement for your services and be interested in any news or offers you want to provide them with.
The profile will be based on a combination of various data attributes, such as industry type, company size, geographical location and business contact (i.e. the person within the company who is most likely to have decision making capacity over the products they buy). It is even possible to look at the specific products customers so that future marketing activities can be targeted at the correct type of business, rather than contacting all companies regarding all products. The databases we use are top of the range and based on quality, accuracy and responsiveness and will be selected around the profile discovered.
Combining this with other intelligence drawn from your customers, the resultant database
will be selected on and include a wide range of demographics such as, company name and address, telephone and fax number , email address and website information, size of company by number of employees and turnover and the contact required, for example the Managing Director, in each case.
 
 
Reporting
 
Following the broadcast, we will send you out a number of
reports. The first will give you an in-depth overview of the cam- campaign.
How many emails were sent, received, opened, how many links were clicked to, how many bounces and un-subscribes there were and, most importantly, how many responses you have had.
You can even see how many times the email was read. Web
Sight then extracts information from the report and provides you
with a list of all of the people that showed the most interest in your email message.
This will then allow you to pro-actively follow up the email with a telephone call or further, more personal, email, and discuss with that recipient what they specifically found, of interest and how your company may be of assistance to them. Carrying out this follow up process with further enhance the results of the campaign.
