Rob assessed our needs and was quickly able to offer solutions that matched our requirements perfectly. Robs understanding of our brand was particularly important, and present in every solution Rob offered us from the outset.
Rob was able to point out potential conflicts and problems that had been unforeseen to us, then set about designing out flaws in our concept in order for us to achieve our objectives as per our original plan.
RedSoda were able to accommodate our time scales finishing ahead of our planned time frame.
The best part of the service was the product hand-over. Rob worked in our offices during the final few days, we were then able to play an active part in the testing of the concept, changes and improvements to our concept were identified and coded in real time so we could approve each change as it happened. Our system was rigorously tested prior to hand-over, we were completely satisfied that all of our requirements had been met and addressed.
It was a pleasure to work with Rob and we hope to work with RedSoda again in the confidence that the mission critical projects we contract to RedSoda will be managed as well as if they were carried out internally.
